If you are locked out of your apartment, visit the leasing office during business hours. If you are locked out after hours, a locksmith may be required at your expense.

Yes, you are allowed to decorate the apartment so long as no damage is caused to the property and it is returned to its original state.

Amenities

Our community amenities are designed for residents of all ages. Cool off in the refreshing outdoor swimming pool, and enjoy sunny days in the landscaped courtyards. On-site laundry facilities add everyday convenience, allowing you to take care of household tasks without leaving home.

Yes, we have parking available in our community. Surface lot parking is available via ParkM for $10/month per vehicle (limitations on how many vehicles per floor plan), or there is free street parking nearby.

We offer online payment through our RentCafe portal including Flex Pay. We also accept cashiers check and money order or WIPS (walk in cash payment system).

To make an online payment, log into your RentCafe Resident Portal and follow the payment instructions. Bank account, debit and credit card payments are all accepted. Processing fees may apply.

Additional charges may include utilities, renters insurance waiver through RLL LLC, RentPlus and pet rent, if applicable.

Renter’s insurance is required. You may provide your own policy or be enrolled in the RLL program.

Water, sewer, gas and trash are billed through RUBS and included with your rent. Select units will require Gas and Electricity to be paid to Xcel Energy based on usage. Please contact the leasing office for details.

Holiday Gardens Apartments is located right in the heart of Lakewood, just a few minutes west of downtown Denver. The easiest way to find us is to take 6th Avenue (Hwy 6) and exit at Wadsworth Blvd. From there, you’ll head north to W 14th Ave, take a right, and then a quick right onto Pierce St. You’ll see Holiday Gardens Apartments at 1307 Pierce St.
