Pet Policy

At Holiday Gardens Apartments, pets are family too! From our spacious layouts to our pet-friendly amenities, we welcome your furry friends with open paws. Whether it's a cozy spot in your new home or a stroll around the neighborhood, you'll both love living here!

Cats and Dogs allowed, 2 pets maximum. Pet Deposit is $300 per pet (refundable), and Pet Rent is $35 per pet.

Hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, birds, and all reptiles are permitted with permission from Landlord. Fish (maximum tank size: 50 gallons) are allowed. No ferrets or rabbits are allowed.
